Eric Gottesman founded EMER Partners to address a gap that appears consistently across complex organizations: the absence of structured, AI-augmented delivery intelligence at the leadership level. Project activity generates enormous amounts of data — meetings, documents, status updates, decisions, risks — but that data rarely reaches leadership in a form that actually supports decision-making. EMER Partners exists to close that gap.

The practice draws on depth across healthcare IT, academic medical centers, research institutions, clinical trials, HealthTech, pharmaceutical, and financial services environments — organizations where delivery stakes are high, data governance requirements are non-negotiable, and leadership expectations are calibrated to complexity.
